Add the Poly Cloud Relay to the Poly Cloud Services Portal

You need the registration code from the Poly Cloud Relay to add the Poly Cloud Relay device to your Poly Cloud Services portal.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Poly Cloud Services portal, and log in. You are automatically sent account login information when you order a Poly Cloud Service. If you do not have a login already, contact your Poly sales representative.

  2. In the Poly Cloud Services portal, click Register Devices.

  3. Select the Cloud Relay section and click Add.

  4. Enter the following device information:

    Device InformationDescription
    Device NameEnter a name for the Poly Cloud Relay, it can be up to 40 Unicode characters
    Registration CodeEnter the Registration code you retrieved from the Poly Cloud Relay console

  5. Some Poly Cloud Services, such as the Poly Device Management Service require advanced settings. See the respective documentation for your Poly Cloud Service for details.

  6. Click Save.
