Retrieve the Poly Cloud Relay Registration Code

You must retrieve the registration code to use in the Poly Cloud Services portal.

Prerequisite

Before installing the Poly Cloud Relay, you must have completed the registration process for the Poly Cloud Service. Contact your Poly account team if you have any questions about the registration process.

Use this code to identify the Poly Cloud Relay in the Poly Cloud Services portal and enable integration of Poly Cloud Relay services.
After retrieving the code, immediately register your Poly Cloud Relay with the Poly Administration portal.
Note: This code expires in 60 minutes, and you will need to repeat these steps to get a new code.

Procedure

  1. Within your VM environment, access the console for the Poly Cloud Relay.
  2. Click in the console window, press Enter if necessary to see the login prompt, and log in with the Poly user credentials. A shell interface displays.
  3. Select Integrate to view the registration code.
  4. Use this code to immediately register the relay within the Poly Cloud Services portal.

Next, go to the Poly Cloud Services portal and complete the registration.
