Required Ports for Poly Cloud Relay
The following inbound and outbound ports are required for Poly Cloud Relay connectivity.
Outbound Ports
5671 TCP: Advanced Messaging Queuing Protocol (TLS/SSL encrypted AMQP 1.0):
- servicebus.plcm.vc
- polycom-nimbus-prod-premium.servicebus.windows.net
443 TCP: HTTPS. Poly Cloud Services and application download.
The following FQDNs are contacted:
- api-global.plcm.cloud
- api-orion.plcm.cloud
- iot.plcm.cloud
- logging.plcm.vc
- servicebus.plcm.vc
- polycom-nimbus-prod-premium.servicebus.windows.net
Container Registries
Default:

Note: This can be restricted to the Storage.SouthCentralUS service tag available here.
Poly Device Management Service:
- pdmsdev1reg.azurecr.io
- pdmsreg.azurecr.io
- www.pdms.plcm.cloud
- <host_name>.pdms.plcm.cloud
- <host_name> can be customized
- Contact Polycom Global Support to update the host name
Inbound Ports
Optionally port 22 TCP can be enabled on the Cloud Relay for remote configuration and debugging.
