Audience, Purpose, and Required Skills

The primary audience for this guide is administrators who configure, customize, manage, and troubleshoot the Poly Cloud Relay. If configuring Microsoft calendars, the administrator is expected to have Microsoft IT administrative expertise. The administrator should also be familiar with video conferencing concepts. This guide is written for a technical audience.
